Why do you need visualization?

When looking for real estate to buy or rent, clients want to see what property they really will be getting involved with. If this be through a photo-realistic or rough visualization, the properties will stand out on the market and the chances of selling real estate and winning over the client are greatly increased.
Professional visualizations provide the client an insight into how the space they are interested in will be used to their liking (office space, cosy family home, modern studio flat etc…).

Workflow

1. Examining the information and quotisiation
At this stage the client shall send us all the relevant information (plans, drawings, images etc..) concerning the project so that we can examine all the materials and the project at hand.
If the client has any 3D models they would like us to use, they will give them to us and inform us about any specific requirements they have, this is important so that we can provide an accurate quote.
